How much does a specific customer owe?
If they’re fully paid up, it tells you that instead:
Who are my customers, and what do they owe me?
This scopes to your own assigned customers — the ones tied to you in the system — not the whole book:
If none of your customers owe anything right now:
“My customers” only works once you’re registered as a rep in the system — which happens automatically the first time you place an order. If you ask before that, the bot will tell you to place an order first.
Why this is reliable
These two answers come straight from the database at the moment you ask — not from the bot “remembering” or summarizing a conversation. The numbers you see are exactly what’s in the dashboard.
